Looking ahead to 2024, we see a few clear themes emerging:

1. AI is still in the early innings — the teams prioritizing research and actionable use cases will unlock massive value
2. Specialized talent is at a premium — founders need to know both how to recruit incredible people and build an outlier culture that retains them
3. GTM strategies need to be more agile than ever — organizations of all sizes are adopting a more pragmatic economic outlook
4. The edge is arriving fast — increasing compute power on our devices is combining with fast-moving open-source and technical research to deliver experiences that we previously thought were decades away
