A cool way to add personality to your text messages

Use Voice Messages! Instead of always typing out your messages, consider sending voice messages. They add a personal touch to your communication and can convey emotions and nuances more effectively than emojis text alone.

Change your mind in a catchy way!

Your mind learns by repetition.

So, how to make your affirmations stick?

The key to making affirmations stick is to make them catchy. Just like your favorite song gets stuck in your head, catchy affirmations create an "earworm" effect, lingering in your mind long after you've sung or rapped them. This repetition strengthens their influence on your subconscious, helping you embody the positive qualities and intentions you're affirming.

Instead of just reciting them, singing or rapping your affirmations can make them more enjoyable and memorable. Plus, it adds a fun and creative twist to traditional affirmation practices.

So why not turn your affirmations into a song today? 🎶

Thank you so much Natalie. That was great advice. I love the idea of voice messaging instead of just messaging. It does give a more personal touch and a piece of one’s personality so I skirt that script alone can’t convey.
