They say that the future is already here, if that is so, what does the future hold? Here are a few possibilities and predictions when it comes to mobile HR.

Performance Management on the Go: HR systems that are mobile-based apps allow managers to track and monitor performance on a real-time basis, this falls in the opposite end of the performance spectrum which was followed by older traditions of people and performance management. Regularly updated management on a day-to-day basis gives the board a truer and more defined picture of each individual’s job performance.
