It is now time for sourcing some fresh and lovely green olives from your garden in North Cyprus. 


Time to prepare ‘coriander crushed olives’ because – to me – that is the dominant flavour. 

My husband says it was his job when he was young to look for Biddaga-shape of the stone –that he was supposed to look from seaside.

With Biddaga’s oval flat surface, you could crack the olives, with a smash ‘not too hard and not to little’– but not completely:)
