M4 Inline, the integrated dot peen solution you need

Technomark has made a very easy to use solution to meet every requirements you have with your production lines : the integrated dot peen marking machine M4 Inline.

Tried and tested by lots of customers around the world, this solution fits perfectly for dot peen marking of parts in series in an integrated use. You can integrate it both on a production line and on a manual loading station.

Strong but light weight, the marking head is partly aluminium foundry made, perfect to be integrated in an industrial environment. To be easily embedded and allow marking in various positions, you have 2 connector locations possible and the marking head is available in 3 sizes : 50, 120 and 200.

M4 Inline is equipped with Technomark's patented innovations like IDI Mark&Track which guarantees high quality marking on all materials (on hardness <63 HRC). IDI Mark allows the distance and shape management of the parts to automatically adjust the strength and the deepth to create a high quality marking no matter the surface condition of the part. The IDI Track technology replace the control device. It also guarantees the marking quality on all parts detecting their absence, the vacuum marking and controlling the marking tool state (wear for example) to allow anticipate and reduce the production shutdown.

A 30% saving in set-up time

Thanks to its 16 tracks card fully configurable and customisable, the M4 Inline solution has a very easy and optimized set up with a 30% time saved compared to a classic integrated traceability solution. The overall investment is lower and the eventual production stop risk too.

M4 Inline is rack mountable in 2 positions : horizontal and vertical. Easy programming with the front pannel buttons, the external keyboard or remotely. The software with dashboard allows a direct view onto the information for an easy installation and programmation. The many standard connectors (Ethernet, RS232, USB) and the Job Viewer function allow a remote control for configuration and service purpose.

As for the other Technomark's dot peen ranges, there are many marking capabilities : from easy alphanumerical text, to variable, timestamping, serial number, logo, QR code or Datamatrix code. Finally, thanks to the Plug&Mark and Energy Saving functions, M4 Inline has an electrical single source energy, an automatic presence detection in the marking head, an easy to use translation axis and a quick run programmable moving with location memory. The embbeded parts number is divided by 2 and the energy consuming optimized.
