A major breakthrough for inclusive recruitment.
Thrilled to announce that last week Elizabeth G from Loughborough was the 60,000th candidate to register on our inclusive talent portal.
Launched in Nov 2020, the Bridge of Hope is the missing link between organisations with 'untapped talent' and inclusive employers seeking to expand their talent pools.
We are immensely proud and grateful to be partnering with over 130 charities, social enterprises and 'widening participation' universities who all use our portal to help their candidates secure a meaningful new career and new hope.
Our amazing referral partners include household names the likes of St Mungo's and Centrepoint (homeless), Walking With The Wounded (veterans), Prince's Trust (young people) and Leeds Beckett University.
Along with countless smaller, more agile organisations such as Key4Life (At Risk Youth), (refugees) BounceBack (returning citizens) and Way2Work and Cherry Tree Foundation (employability).
We thank them all and welcome others to join the movement.
As for jobs; to date we have posted over 50,000 jobs with progressive employers actively looking to source talent from our community.
Huge shout out to all my amazing colleagues at our little social enterprise, Prosper 4 Group. It's very early days. But there sure is hope.
If your organisation has 'untapped talent' looking for a job or you simply want to expand your own talent pool, just give us a holler. We'd love to help.
