Gina’s Talk Objective

The objective of the presentation is to help the listener recognise their own untapped potential and power. That by sharing my story and the approaches I have used to overcome the challenges I have experienced along the way, I can inspire others to take charge of their own lives. I believe the challenges I have faced were in reality an amazing gift, one which has shaped and defined who I am and has awakened me to my true purpose in life – which is to help those who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, unfulfilled or wondering ‘Is this it?’ recognise that they are powerful beings. To help people become enlightened leaders within their own lives and then to be the spiritual matriarchs and patriarchs within their family, their teams, organisations and society. 

My work is all about helping others avoid the pitfalls of letting old patterns of thinking and behaviours spoil their relationships, sabotage personal or professional success and any chance of lasting happiness and fulfilment. Giving people the tools and confidence to rediscover their genuine power, to embrace their gifts and supporting them use these to help others, to leave a positive legacy, is my mission in life – one I am passionate about.

To lead others, you first need to transform into the best version of yourself and lead from a place of wholeness.

My aim is to create a movement of Enlightened Leaders who lead with integrity, compassion and the courage to do what is right rather than what is expedient. To take people on a journey of self-discovery – for them to recognise they are powerful, creative, amazing people and that by standing in their power they do nothing to diminish the power of others. To help raise consciousness and bring people together with a sense of belonging. To impact and reduce the tide of stress, anxiety and mental ill health created through poor leadership at every level. Instead to have leaders who lead by example, who nurture, support, encourage and celebrate the development and growth of others. For there to be a ‘living’ legacy created by the enlightened leaders and those they lead. Where connection and collaboration are core principles borne out in the behaviours demonstrated by those involved. For the Enlightened Leaders to work together to create a movement who support future programmes for young people and parents. To create an unstoppable dream.
