Make Your State A Better Place
Would you like to make your town, county, state a better place to live - a better place to raise children?
There is an infection in America - not COVID-19!
This infection is not new. It has been festering and growing, like a nasty, pustulant boil, for decades. America is not alone in suffering from this infection. America is tied for 14th in the world in the percentage of adults who are infected.
This terrible infection is financial illiteracy.
Do you know someone who lost their home in the 2008 sub-prime mortgage crash? Well, that's an example of the impact of financial illiteracy - because, in general, people who lost their homes did so because they bought a house they couldn't afford and/or didn't have an emergency fund.
Do you know someone who lost a loved one and had to put up a Go Fund Me to bury them? That's an example of financial illiteracy - that family didn't have basic burial insurance but yet probably spent $3-4 every morning for a latte.
We could go on and on with examples and we could get into why the problem exists, but I believe what an exec at IBM told me when I started there in 1964 "Don't tell me about problems, tell me about solutions!"
So, let's go back to the title of this article "Make Your State A Better Place".
First, "State" is in this title to tie to the article linked below.
Second, you can replace "state" with "home", "neighborhood", "town", "county", ... I strongly suggest you start with "home", because you'll gain confidence and moral authority to then step up to the next larger locale.
YOU can eradicate this terrible infection from whichever locale you select. YES! You can!
You can do this because some people have spent a tremendous amount of effort and a large amount of money to create the tools you need to do it and they are making those tools available to you at no cost. They only ask that you use the tools.
The tools are built around a book - a real book - not an e-book - titled "How Money Works - Stop Being A Sucker" by Steve Siebold and Tom Matthews.
"Financial illiteracy is the #1 economic crisis in the world, impacting more than 5 billion people across the planet. The few who know how money works take advantage of those who do not - the suckers. This book is designed to help you break the cycle of endless debt, foolish spending and financial cluelessness so you can stop being a sucker, start being a student and take control of your financial future."
The book has over 500,000 copies in print. It has been reviewed on major TV new shows, all over America
The book is in two parts - problem and solution - it, first, talks about the parts problem and then offers solutions to each. Also, the book is written at 5th grade reading level - remember Jeff Foxworthy with "Are you smarter than a 5th grader?" It's written this way to make the information available to school children, as well as their parents.
The book is on Amazon for $16.99 - DON'T BUY IT!
You can get it for FREE, along with access to videos, webinars, mentors, ... here
