1. Most important is to love your self. Whatever that means to you. Since most people don’t. It means to me that balancing your needs and the needs of others around you and try to find a win win solution or no deal. Plan and be financially independent as soon as possible.
2. Empower yourself. That means stop blaming others and be aware of your choices in each moment. Most people remain victims and die blaming others. Remain open to other perspectives. You have one out of 8 billions. That means you have to forgive self and others for all the hurt and the mistakes. We are all humans with different characteristics. Those who have hurt you are your best teachers. Then you can begin to feel love for all specially your pets.
3. Stay with gratitude and accept people/ life as it is and make your choices based on your inner calling. Surrender and align to your higher purpose. Develop good friend circle that energizes you.

4. Sleep in circadian cycle and eat what your beliefs are and body is telling you ( keep checking the data) . Placebo is powerful and trumps everything else. In general stay away from processed and toxic food including milk loaded with chemicals. More fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds.
5. Keep moving : walk, Tai chi, yoga, gym whatever you like. Stay away from a couch/ sofa. 10,000 steps a day or 4 miles walk or 1 hour in a gym are good goals to avoid assisted living.
6. Meditate or do something to manage your stress. Learn to be in the present moment. Yes it’s a learned behavior. Wishing each one of you a happy and healthy life.
