In the spirit of continuous improvement and teamwork, MAT HD is taking significant strides to optimize its warehouses, particularly in Rome, GA, which has been instrumental in our success. One such initiative is the advancement of our production facilities, where they are implementing new systems to level load our centers and ensure cleaner, safer facilities.

Led by Chris Wang, these improvements include adding racking to our Dallas, Ontario, and Rome facilities. This strategy will allow us to manufacture larger runs, enhancing our production efficiency. The combination of level-loading production, additional racking, and expanding warehouse capabilities allows us to better service our customers.

At our Rome, Georgia location, the team's can-do attitude and work ethic have been instrumental in these improvements. The Rome team's efforts are a shining example of our values of teamwork and continuous improvement, and we hope to spread this success across all our locations!
