Meet Our Panelists

After working in other companies and firms for 10 years, Joey Brannon started a tax, accounting, and consulting firm called Axiom CPA in 2005. The focus of that company was to help business owners identify where they want their business to go, plan strategically to get there, and execute those plans on a weekly and monthly basis. They also spent a large amount of their time in traditional CPA firm services such as accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. In 2012 the tax and accounting firm clients were sold to another firm and Axiom Strategic Consulting narrowed its focus to strategic planning and execution. As a CPA he is more focused on the numbers than most consultants or coaches. The programs and strategies they devise with clients can always be traced to their impact on the bottom line. As a consultant, his approaches and tools have been developed in the trenches alongside business owners and their teams.

Jeff Jackson has over 30 years of business experience spanning multiple industries and multiple functions in both small entrepreneurial businesses to large multi-national companies. Jeff is currently a Certified EOS Implementer and works with companies that have 10-250 employees to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System which is a complete holistic set of simple tools that help owners get what they want from their business. His passion is to see the lives of business owners transformed as they experience success in their business and their lives. A big part of that passion is helping entrepreneurs prepare for a well-deserved great exit when the time comes.

Ken Pomella is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and CEO of RevStar, known for driving innovative technology solutions. He has founded platforms like Monikl and reQruited, showcasing his knack for addressing market needs. With a background in software development and management from roles at Chase, McKesson, and Welbilt, Ken’s corporate experience laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial success. Ken is also dedicated to mentoring small businesses and startups, working with organizations like the Founders Institute and the Edward Lowe Foundation. Actively involved in the Tampa Bay community, he supports local initiatives and serves on the USF Muma College of Business Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, fostering the next generation of tech leaders.
