MBA in Compassion? Let's Change the World!

Two weeks ago, we awarded degrees for the sixth class of the MBA program, specializing in technology, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Beyond the excitement, the pride, the satisfaction of doing meaningful things, I know that the graduates of the program are going to change the world. Here are a few words I said at the ceremony and accompany me every day:

We live in a difficult reality. There are many opinions, but we all have a lot in common. Frustration, a desire to change and build a better world.

It is hard to guess what will happen in the future. Maybe in thirty years the human life span will extend to 150 years or more. Maybe there will not be private cars anymore because people will be mobilized by small personal electric vehicles. Maybe new countries will emerge, maybe global warming will change much more than we can now calculate. There are certain technologies that we can not even imagine.

If I have to gamble on one thing that will change slower than anything - these are human beings whoever and wherever they are. We all want to be loved, we all need attention. We are all entitled to basic security, we all want to improve the world in which we live.

The tools you have received, the empathy you have developed, the empowerment, the experience you have experienced, and the sense of belonging, will lead you to places of building and change.

We are all waiting to see you progress, succeed and improve the world for future generations!
