Measure to Manage
A great start to the Newsletter with just shy of 1,100 Subscribers in 3 days. I am taking a time out from Man Utd's horrendous display against Newcastle to write this at Half Time. I have gone through the Subscriber base as is my habit with all my Newsletters and we have many new Subscribers who are not currently Connected to me.
So I think an introduction is in order and a short 60 second video below, taken from one of my Training Courses so that you can put a voice and a face to a name. In it I explain 3 key steps in any Transformation Program which will help get you started on the right foot. I very much believe that the bedrock of any successful Transformation is a firm Baseline and if you can't Measure it you can't Manage it. Please enjoy the video.
