Responsibilities -

• Assist in developing and implementing new training tools and materials
• Take full responsibility of training materials and updates to ensure that the most current information, tools and resources are available and in use
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product and other teams to ensure design alignment with organization strategy and objectives
• Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• Stay current with design trends, tools and technologies to continually improve design quality and effectiveness
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
• Assist in the production of video content and animations as needed
• Develop training program based on skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For creative associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
