Meet Bianca, AWiA's People Development Guru

Tell us about your role in AWiA

My role within AWiA is that of Secretary. A title I’m fortunate to have for several years in various committees; starting from as far back as a youngster taking up leadership roles within our church youth groups, Sunday Schools, Schools, etc. I have been gifted with the gift of administration and coordination, additionaly I am a process thinker. In short, my role requires me to ensure proper record taking and keeping and arrange various meetings.

How do you like to spend your free time?

I love reading, currently busy reading Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and Momentum Makers written by several contributing authors. I enjoy spending time on my Bible App, and I also love dancing.....salsa and jazz.

What motivates you?

I am a natural optimist and have a very positive outlook on life. What motivates me most is seeing and experiencing all kinds of growth of individuals, teams, nature and the journey of life.
