Meet Rachel Davis
From a service police officer to an established print professional
We are thrilled to open our employee spotlight with Rachel Davis, General Manager for Australia and New Zealand. But before we dive into Rachel’s career journey at printIQ, let’s rewind a bit and get to know the woman behind the name.
From the bustling streets of Melbourne to the serene countryside of Bonnie Doon, Rachel’s life is a colorful tapestry woven with passion, adventure, and a whole lot of printing prowess. When she’s not busy leading the ANZ region for printIQ, you’ll find Rachel basking in the joys of family life, cheering on her four kids at their sporting events with the enthusiasm of a true MVP.
But Rachel’s love for the great outdoors doesn’t stop there. Together, with her husband and their furry friends – three dogs, two cows, two rabbits, and a majestic horse named Missy – Rachel escapes to their idyllic Bonnie Doon property for some much-needed serenity. Rachel shared that the property is shockingly just up the road from the house filmed in the iconic Australian film, “The Castle”. It’s a slice of paradise where the Davis family can unwind, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

And while Rachel’s passion for print runs deep, her journey to the printing industry wasn’t exactly conventional. Before she found her calling in the world of print and printing software, Rachel served as a proud member of the Victorian Police Force for four years – talk about a career pivot!
Fast forward to today, Rachel has made a remarkable impact at printIQ. Having served as our former Chief Operating Officer, she played a pivotal role in propelling business growth and expanding printiQ’s global presence in the US & UK. Rachel’s contributions were instrumental in navigating the M&A sales process that led to the acquisition by Banyan Software back in 2022.
Now, Rachel has strategically positioned herself to shift her focus from the bustling markets of the UK and the US to the serene landscapes of Australia and New Zealand. In her new role as General Manager of ANZ, she channels her boundless energy and drive into nurturing customers and operations in her own backyard.
Rachel’s leadership has helped guide the organization to new heights, and we’re excited to see her continue to steer us towards even greater heights in the ANZ region.
