Internal Alignment Part 2 - Melancholia Of The Conscious Self & Creation Of The Unio Mentalis

Self knowledge is an adventure that carries us very far and deep, even a moderately comprehensive knowledge can truly become a swamp of confusion and mental darkness within oneself. However, the conscious self gives rise to one’s personality which one had never imagined before. The inner call of one’s true purpose leads one straight to the darker shadow of oneself, this is the land of the unconscious. Beyond the depths of the unconscious resides the rulership of the ego, the ego is a foundational factor that many operates on as it is said to be in charge of ones personality until one becomes aware of them. For every unawakened being, sleeping within the depths of this stimulation also known as earth. Every being who’s unawakened operates from a shadow and shallow mindset at most, this process keeps one’s true self from resurfacing to the forefront of their awareness until a predestined time for one to do so. However, this process is known as the Nigredo which also means the blackening and it’s a transformational process that every being goes through in other to fully discover and rediscover themselves. To begin with this process, one must clear the old self and it’s beliefs, the past, the trauma, limiting beliefs and distorted perceptions in other to integrate the new and pave new grounds so the new seeds could grow. The journey to individuation is a transformational journey, integrated to discovering one’s philosopher’s stone. This alchemical process requires self sacrifice as a beacon of interest for a cause or ideal. However, one must learn the art of self-detachment, separating the mind from the body and integrating awareness at all times. Failure to do so, leaves one vulnerable opened to spirits and entities that might likely possess one’s body. The very answer to everything in life begins with you, and to get to the true you, one must utterly begin with inquiry to destroying all that one once imagined to be (The old). One must open up to the objective nature of reality, truly open up and let go of anything that doesn’t reflect one’s true image. One must identify one’s personal struggle, accept them and transmute them. The law of growth is the ability to grow like a tree that does not know it’s law, oftentimes we tie ourselves to intentions not mindful of the fact that intentions are limitations and exclusion of life. Hence, man’s desires are generically childish in the sight of God, becoming furious and curious in the process of waiting, one becomes shortsighted due to lack of faith and curiosity of intentions. However one believes they can illuminate the darkness with intention, at that way aim pass the light. The act of pruning and the school of the spirit is an important factor for one’s spiritual growth, however one must master the act of letting things happen and unfold on its own. This act is simply the action of non action as it is the legging go of oneself, thus this became the key for me spiritually, mentally and emotionally. One must be able to psychically let things happen, releasing the need to know everything, or to control everything and submit to the propaganda of the cosmos. This is a huge reason why many people find spirituality a hard but tough thing to do, people who are on their spiritual path becomes stuck at some point because they feel they can manoeuvre the process, skip the process or try to rush the process. Hence if one refuses to let things happen as it should be, one can never know the depths In other to enter your own incubation. To truly see what is, one must let go of what was and that is the only remedy to growth. However, the stages of spiritual awakening is classified into three main stages;

  1. First Conjunction: Separation Of The Mind-Body and Creation Of The Unio Mentalis (duration: 3-6 months)
  2. Second Conjunction: Reunion Of The Mind-Body (duration: 6 months - 1 year)
  3. Third Conjunction: Reunion Of The Unio Mentalis (duration 1 year - 10years)

The personal gnosis is an inner knowing that cannot be found outside oneself, the greatest truth becomes the greatest lie, the brightest day becomes the darkest night. However as day require night, night likewise requires day, We cannot attain success in the school of the spirit without first knowing that whom have created all things, seen and unseen, known nor unknown. Our existence is directly tied to the creator, our absurdity and true life meaning is all in his hands. However in this process, one must experience the dark night of the soul. The dark night of the soul is an experiential encounter every being will have to experience at some point in their lives. This dark night (knight) of the soul  is simply the loss of meaning, when we encounter this part of our lives, we begin question our beliefs, projections and reality. The best way I can explain this is that ‘it literally makes no sense’ when you in the first stage of this journey. The dark night of the soul pulls you towards soul’s healing and releasing what no longer resonates with our existence. This experience leads to confrontation with the shadow self of ours. The shadow self is the hidden part of our existence that has been deeply concealed in our psyche that we weren’t paying attention to. Within the perspective of psychosis, all things are energy. Understanding God is indeed an illusive endeavour, knowing God requires one experiencing it firsthand. The universe is mental and exists within the mind of the whole and outside the whole there is no universe. God’s extraterrestrial existence has created several myths about the whole, the scientific pursuit to unravel benevolent Information about this finite supreme being by individuals has yet been of old. Hence many who’ve had this epitome about unraveling the mysteries of the mind’s functionality has developed many spiritual and scientific references, analogies and mythologies, assisting the collective as a whole. That is why we have the Bible, the Quran and several other spiritual books that have been documented and translated, explaining the cosmic power of a non-explainable finite being ever of old. After much research and study on several books and myths, I’ve been able to come to a mutual understanding and agreement that in summary, they all prove one point and that is there is indeed a supreme God and his core essence resides within every creation. Many call him greater than great, some may call him smaller than small, others may refer him to be an entity depicted and shaped in a form of an old man with a white beards, sitting on a throne. Whereas other religious and spiritual bodies believe that God is light, a bright light whose illuminances varies. Another small group of people refers him to be a being with no form but can present himself in many forms. All this descriptive measures can be true or not, it doesn’t change the fact that there is and will be only one true God, of which through him all things were made. God’s core essence resides within every living thing and mortal being, everything speaks of his craftsmanship including man. However I notice that we often become too neglectful or distracted with our daily activities and routines of life each day, trying to figure out how to navigate and overcome life’s circumstances, forgetting the creator at various times. Hence the primary cause of this problem must be identified, providing a solution that could help many awaken to this understanding that there’s a need to withdraw from the outer world back to the inner world in other to seek guidance. Our ego oftentimes overshadow this connection, obscuring our awareness of God. The ego divides man and the divine (God), therefore attributing various human-like traits to God and personifying God to be a mare mortal that we may or may not be interested in what he may offer, in terms of guidance or inherent values. Many find this supreme being out of reach, having a certain knowledge of who he is but lacking understanding of whom he is. Over many times I’ve seen people paint a certain religious perspective of God, believing thus this being as a living being of harm and hash judgment, dwelling in a profound guilt created by self based on their sins. However, we all believe that we’re all mortal beings conceived in sin and dwelling in sin everyday of our lives. Hence we believe we are unworthy of encountering this being ourselves, so we look for a shorter means in other to get his favour or blessings upon our lives. All these I say to you are indeed true to the ego self, but false to the conscious spiritual self. God is not a person or being, he’s not a force, he’s not a concept either, God is indeed an experience. An experience in an existing self which is you and I, the birds, trees and nature as a whole. I believe that by default, God is you and God is in you. This profound spiritual insight I give to you can only be conceived by a spiritual awakened mind, but then, how about those who’re not yet awakened but wants to experience God. I believe they’re not left out, because they’re mainly the ones ought to be saved or in a more specific sense, enlightened about God. As referenced in the bible, ‘Hence the necessity to become God conscious and help others’ (Psalms 37:39)

This verse of the bible brings us to something highly important and that is the issue of ‘being conscious’ of God. To be conscious is to be aware of something or someone in a profound experiential way. To experience is to observe, to observe is to be conscious, and to be conscious is to pay attention. This systematic process oftentimes is done on a daily basis of our everyday lives yet we are not aware of it because we’re not really paying attention, due to distractions and lack off intention. Hence understanding God emerges through experiencing it within you, otherwise the pursuit of God remains perpetually through the lens of the ego. Consequently, you only familiarise yourself more with its manifestations, nodding in recognition as it remains concealed within everything you perceive. In alignment with a wisdom from another sage, I believe that the laws of nature are about the thoughts of God and that of man. Bringing creation to fruition by means of exhibiting various creative measures. Perpetually, everything within the cosmos is energy and within that life affirming energy resides the true essence of God. However, our inclination often leads to dissenting this phenomena often striving to interpret their attributes using logic. The fundamental truth and essence we seek to find also seeks us, but we oftentimes comprehend such dialect when we neglect to go within. By means of observation i’ve been able to perform a cosmic research on several myths, trying to seek the true nature of the divine by means of the christian orthodoxy. Paving a way for the truth based on my life experiences, understanding, pain, tears, laughter and anything thereof. However this path births every need to become spiritual aware of my surroundings, entrusting me towards a new path with the divine that has never been paved before.
