Hey guys; everyone here knows by now I am a Training & Development Specialist in the areas of:

Change Management - Disruptive Times Management & Staff realignment; however today I want to discuss ROM - Retentive Optimisation Memory using RAM - Related Active Memories.

In my Studies and searches across Libraries - Research Centres and the Internet I came across this guy, His name "Jim Kwik" yeah I said the same thing! but NO; his real family name is Kwik, anyway I felt this guy makes sense and it aligns with all the study I have done on LMS (Learning - Memory - Stress) and the different states of the mind when trying to remember, understand, cope with Directional Change and the many aspects of management we tend to put ourselves through, every single day.

Of course, my own research is ongoing and I've looked at Gamification (Playing the game so as to remember the action) It has potential when used properly; the problem is, although the game is directly related to the action required, most trainees remember the game, not the actions required!

2-Days is not enough, Nah; I'm not saying give me your staff & management for many days, I'm saying take the learning experience further than the 2-days with me. by extending the 2-days training with an experienced business coach, you've 100% guaranteed retention

Last Year I did this with a 4 group of management personnel, it cost less than USD1500.00 per participant (2-day in closed environment Seminar with Gamification & 2 days (2 hours each day) Coaching each week for 1 month (4-5 weeks) Minimum group size 10 Members and maximum 15 Members all from the same company or related industry, the 2-hour Coaching is DTR (Direct Task Related) because of your mental RAM (Related Activity Memory)

the Programme is FUN, EXCITING and BUSINESS Related, Totally STRESSLESS and has a solid Foundation in TIME (True Intention of Mental Energy)
