🛡️ 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for 𝗠𝟯𝟲𝟱 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁, in Public Preview, enhancing control over sensitive information, excluding and preventing processing based on sensitivity label, and reducing risk of accidental oversharing. We are 𝑎𝑙𝑠𝑜 sharing enhancements about forensic investigation, DLP controls on 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗢𝗦 and the extension to protec 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰 items and connect to 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 for extended investigation and actions.
⚡ 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 improvement in SharePoint, whose: 𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 with labels, in public preview, for unencrypted file export 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁, ensuring that protections travel with the documents, and only users with access rights to the online copy can decrypt the file if it leaves the original site. SharePoint also now support supports auto-labeling of up to 100k files per day.
🔒 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 extension in 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼, and 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰, with label inheritance from files shared to Teams meetings, access restrictions and inheritance in custom low-code & no-code apps, and Fabric data.
