I like that it’s a single solution that Most organizations already own, but just need to implement. I love that it integrates everything together in one app potentially, yet provides the security and compliance that is required… not to mention all of the recording and transcription features that have been pushed as required in 2025 for ADA laws. It solves the mandated requirements upcoming in the USA.
