Annual Report 2022: Sanborn Analytics

Introduction:

Sanborn Analytics is a nonprofit organization committed to maritime surveillance. Our mission is to ensure the safety and security of the maritime industry by providing real-time information and monitoring services to our customers. In 2022, we made significant strides toward achieving our mission, and we would like to share our progress with you.

Financial Overview:

In 2022, Sanborn Analytics had a revenue of $50,000. We also received a loan of $10 million dollars from a special-purpose entity called Sanborn Analytics Limited, which is operated by our organization. This loan has allowed us to expand our operations and invest in our maritime surveillance network.

Company Expenses:

Our total expenses for 2022 were $5,171,100. These expenses were mainly focused on developing and expanding our maritime surveillance network, improving our services, and increasing our surveillance capabilities.

Accomplishments:

We are proud to report that we had several accomplishments in 2022. Our partnerships with Marine Traffic, Fleetmon, Vessel Tracker, and the United States Government continue to strengthen, and we have expanded our coverage from the northeast Atlantic part of the United States to the South Pacific, covering three continents.

We have also won awards from Fleetmon for meeting its service level agreements, recognizing our commitment to providing high-quality services to our customers. Additionally, we have made significant progress in building out our maritime UAV/USV drone surveillance network, which has improved our ability to monitor and respond to maritime security threats.

Our organization has also assisted a number of governments with maritime search, rescue, and security operations. In one significant operation, we assisted in the seizure of a cargo ship carrying Uranium. We have also provided maritime surveillance and security operations over Ukraine from February 2022 to the present. Additionally, we assisted and provided surveillance for a number of countries to evacuate their citizens from Sudan due to civil war.

Special Purpose Entity:

We received a loan of $10 million dollars from a special-purpose entity called Sanborn Analytics Limited. A special purpose entity is a separate legal entity created by an organization to achieve specific objectives. In our case, Sanborn Analytics Limited was created to provide funding for our organization to expand our maritime surveillance network.

Expansion:

We are continuously expanding our operations, and in 2022, we increased our CCTV program in ports around the world. We are also looking to acquire commercial and residential real estate near major ports to enhance our capabilities further.

Donations:

Finally, we are always looking for donations of stock that is paying dividends and commercial and residential real estate near major ports. These donations will help us achieve our mission of ensuring the safety and security of the maritime industry.

Conclusion:

Sanborn Analytics has had an eventful and productive year in 2022, and we are committed to continuing to improve our services in the future. We are grateful to our customers, partners, and stakeholders for their continued support, and we look forward to continuing to work toward our mission of ensuring the safety and security of the maritime industry.
