Migration capability and preparation for SuccessFactors

Skilful scheduling of all necessary preparations and the final changeover is crucial for a successful implementation. This applies in particular to extensive projects such as the introduction of SuccessFactors or SuccessFactors modules. For this reason, it makes sense to equalise such projects as much as possible. To this end, jay cloud, for example, offers the option of taking over control of the peripherals completely, even if the system is still running on SAP ERP HCM. This approach ensures, for example, that the entire peripheral control system is already prepared for operation with the cloud-native SuccessFactors solution and can then be operated seamlessly at the time of the changeover when the target system is changed. The complete configurations can be prepared on the test system to enable the smoothest possible changeover. For the preparation of this operation on SAP ERP HCM, for example, it is possible to simply transfer data and configurations from existing solutions and thus minimise the conversion effort here too. Of course, such conversions can also be tackled as part of the actual project, but in the past, step wise preparation has proven to be an effective means of reducing project complexity and thus a pillar of project success.
