A millennial's desire for work-life balance, a desire for personal and professional growth, and a preference for collaboration and open communication are some of the characteristics they share at work.

In order for millennials to be successful in the workplace, it is essential to recognize and appreciate their unique qualities. In addition, it is important to understand and address any potential challenges that may arise as a result of managing or working with a team of millennials. Employees, regardless of their age, can find a sense of belonging and engagement in the workplace when employers create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Useful article, today’s workforce is young so as leaders the taboos we carry of what made us successful will apply to new age will not work, Technology and social reach is one factor which has redifined environment. No longer the longevity of work hours is measure of hard work, Innovation leads to productivity, empowering delegation leads to stickiness. As leaders we have to reinvent the wheel towards success where people will always be the core.
