I would say that around 80% of the successful individuals I talked with made this very point. While there are always new innovative and interesting money makers merging such as NFTs, Crypto Currency etc the value of property investment should never ever be forgotten. 8 out of 10 all had property investments as foundations to their wealth creation.

In addition to that almost all confirmed that they mastermind with individuals that know very little about 'your' specific industry. As very often they will see an opportunity were you do not.

100% of those I spoke with said their product, service and offering stimulating emotion and feeling in the purchaser. It was either aspirational or made them feel good/better in some way. The consumer will spend money when it stirs emotion. Ask yourself the question how do you want your client/consumer to feel? When you think premium brands such as Louis Vuitton, Ferrari, Porsche they all leave us with a feeling of 'increase' Does your brand leave people with that feeling?

100% of the successful people I spoke to have a serving mentality. Each day they actively seek to support others. You can build wealth by helping others. They all said it was crucial to give back . A significant percentage said if they could spend all day every day giving back they would and it was the ultimate success for them. One of them in particular gave me a challenge to reach out to four random people every day offering them my support. He said ' wait and watch the magic return to you'.

A lot of the very wealthy individuals I know went to market looking for problems. Now wait a minute. The rationale was this. Find the problems, the headaches that people are encountering and then provide the solution. Bingo! You now have some lucrative, attractive, needed and wanted!
