Mindset, Attitude, Practice.

Mindset, Attitude, Practice.

Good morning. Here’s something for you to look at.

Take a bit of time. Think about yourself and your life. What would be a personal quality or condition you would wish to have in your life? My late, and sadly missed friend and mentor, Peter, first introduced me to this form of self examination.

It needs to be done privately. You'll see why if you do it.

In a number between zero and 10, zero being of no interest, ten being of intense interest, mark how much each quality means to you. When you go to do this, get a spot where you’ve no interruption, no interference . Speak your mind.

Peace of mind? Personal contentment? Less money worries?

Self sufficiency? To discover your purpose?

To understand your potential? To be able to do something about it?

To think well of yourself? To have the courage of your beliefs? To find meaning for your life?

Good health? A fit toned body?  Good sleeping habits? A quiet confidence?  A sense of purpose? A sustaining belief?  A believable aim?

To pursue a personal ambition? To  be fulfilled?

Can you DO anything about it?

If you could, would you? When?

What's your belief about that?

Have a Great Day and Do Well...
