The Model To Coach 50 Online Clients In 10 Hours Per Week (To Incredible Results!)

My biggest concern when transitioning from Personal Trainer to Online Fitness Coach in 2018 was how to deliver client RESULTS online.

I would obsess about things like:

- What app to use for programming

- Should I do support calls with them?

- How will I motivate clients online?

I now realize that these were the LAST things I should have been worried about.

I should have been worried about how to FIND online clients and make SALES.

It would be marketing and sales that would turn out to be the steepest learning curve for my online business over the next 3 years.

But they're topics for other newsletter issues.

The truth is that from Day 1, I never had any problem getting my online clients transformational results.

In fact, they got better results than my in-person clients!

(Which still blows my mind to this day)

How?

Using the exact PUSH Client Delivery Model™ I'll be giving you in a second.

Before I do, have you heard the story of Marcello the Chef?

In the vibrant city of Gastronomia, there was a passionate chef named Marcello.

He dreamed of opening his own restaurant, where he could delight guests with his culinary creations.

Marcello focused obsessively on perfecting his dishes, arranging tables, and creating the ideal ambiance.

However, in his excitement, he forgot to advertise the opening night.

As a result, his beautifully designed restaurant remained empty.

Hit meticulously curated menu, remained unseen.

The moral of the story?

Delivering a quality product/service is incredibly important,

But means nothing without customers or clients.

This is a friendly reminder before we dive into the ultimate online client delivery model.

Here's the 7-step process we used at PUSH™ (our online coaching program) to transform over 300+ lives online from 2018-2021

Working with around 50 online clients at a time and working less than 10 hours per week.

1- Develop a simple Roadmap with 3-5 phases each containing 1-3 basic habit requirements, the simpler the better.

Personalization/Customisation happens WITHIN these phases.

2- Gamify the process for clients. Don't allow them to move to the next phase unless they hit the requirements set, they will thank you for this eventually and end up getting a great result BECAUSE of it.

3- Build a Community. This can simply be a free FB group, the important part is the flow within it. Always celebrate people's progress through the phases and have a couple of themed days where you provide value.

4- Support: Implement some level of 1-to-1 hand-holding. We used private support chats combined with weekly check-in forms, but some markets may require 1-to-1 calls.

Have 2 main touchpoints per week. Weekly check-in video feedback on Mondays and then a quick voice note check-in on Thursdays always worked incredibly well for us at PUSH.

5- Set clients up for success from the start with clear Onboarding. This can simply be a welcome email to start with. The way clients begin is how they end.

6- Leverage Technology by using a 3rd party app to deliver training and habit tracking, don't waste weeks recording movement videos, your clients don't care.

7- Be firm but fair when coaching. Your clients are paying you to call them out on their bullshit. Collision often equals connection. This is what builds a Culture of accountability both 1-2-1 and within your tribe.

I know this is an overview and either one of these points could probably be a newsletter issue

So any questions please pop in the comments and I'll personally answer.
