#moneymakingtime: An Inside look from Erika Baez Grimes, CM&AP

I am excited to bring another amazing recap of our March, Empowering #WICRE call last month that featured our Guest Speaker, Erika Baez Grimes, a certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional & Business Broker with Transworld Business Advisors.

In every call, I always welcome new introductions and hand over the floor to any of the ladies in our industry to share any celebratory news about their #CRE business and we definitely have some news to share.

Introducing Michelle Clark, with SVN | Cohn Commercial in Bloomfield, Michigan. With only 6 months into practicing CRE, she already has 6 listings and was on schedule to close her 1st deal the following day, with another 3 deals Under Contract. For anyone who is just entering the industry, with the right training and mentorship, you can be successful from the very beginning. Stephanie Rousseau also introduced that she has a group of investors in the Dayton, Ohio area and they are looking for commercial real estate investment properties. It was another great opportunity for some of our women to connect with her for some deal-making opportunities here as well.

Some big wins for two more females, Liz Leder with SVN Denver Commercial, who was recently awarded a CoStar Power Broker Award for one of her best redevelopments in the Denver Metro area. Brittany Megrath, principle of M Square Commercial, based in Las Vegas. From retail to land, most of their clients are developers, but bring on local brokers from all over the country to help oversee their sites. "I am always looking for great local brokers on the ground and is happy to chat with anyone." Christine O'Connell More with O'Connell More Consulting & Real Estate also shared that she really takes her networking to the next level and things outside of the box. She recently received a referral from a residential agent and praises how this has really helped her network with other real estate professionals beyond CRE itself.

I wanted to share a small clip of our call and how she handles "Time Management" and what she calls #moneymakingtime.
