The Monsoon 4 High-Frequency Jet Ventilator has officially landed in the UK!

The Monsoon 4 builds on previous models, such as the Monsoon III, which has been used for many years in ENT procedures. High-frequency Jet Ventilation (HFJV) delivers rapid, small bursts of gas into the patient’s airway during micro-laryngectomy operations either via a dedicated catheter or through surgical instruments. It gives the surgeon greater stability and visibility of the patient’s airway.

Simon Motley, a Founder of Inspiration Healthcare, has a long-standing involvement in this field of HFJV, and has been pioneering the roll-out of the Monsoon 4 in the UK.
