It’s been an exciting month of March so far! As we approach the end of March, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on all that has happened this month. From exciting new launches to media features, it's been a busy and productive time.

Firstly Muzikboxx. I am thrilled to announce that Muzikboxx, the innovative music teaching management app, is now live! Secondly, not many people know that I am an ambitious property investor. Property investing is a great source of passive income that can fuel all different pursuits including buying more property, investing in a new startup, or simply offering a better quality of life. Muzikboxx – Music Teaching Streamlined

Muzikboxx is an app that I founded back in 2019, and it's finally ready for market! The app is designed to help music teachers streamline their teaching management with easy-to-use tools to manage their students, lessons, payments, and more. It was three years in the making but it’s finally here! I am excited to offer music teachers a digital solution that makes managing their teaching easier and less time-consuming than ever before. The Power of Property Investing

In addition to launching Muzikboxx this month, I have also been featured in several publications talking about the power of property investing as a source of passive income which can fuel all different pursuits including buying more property, investing in a new startup, or simply offering a better quality of life. I was also featured in this viral article in the The Daily Telegraph last Sunday which got even more coverage when it got repurposed for realestate.com.au Media . In this article, I talk about how I use SPV (Special Purpose Vehicles) to grow my property portfolio 10x so that I'm not limited by serviceability issues. As a solicitor, I now share my knowledge with high-wealth clients and other savvy property investors who are wanting to do the same. I am looking for enthusiastic and experienced instrumental music teachers to participate in a unique observational study that will take place over 3 weeks at the start of Term 2. As a participant in this study, you will have the opportunity to showcase your teaching skills and contribute to a better understanding of the role of feedback in one-to-one music lessons.

In this study, we will observe both you and your students in your usual lessons and practice sessions, allowing us to gain insights into your teaching methods and how they impact your students' learning outcomes including their motivation. This is a fantastic opportunity to help advance the field of music education while also enhancing your own teaching skills and knowledge.
