Whether it’s product updates or discounts, weekly news or monthly newsletters, your audience can now choose what they’ll see in their inbox. Instead of guessing, you can customize your communication to match their preferences.

Getting started 

 Setting up your preference center on Moosend is a matter of a few simple steps: 

  • Determine the data you want to gather: E.g., do you want to know which topics interest your subscribers more, or how often they want to hear from you?
  • Turn data into questions: You can choose between single or multi-select questions, and customize the order and appearance. 
  • Create a corresponding landing page: Drag and drop your preference center onto the landing page of your choice, then preview, and adjust as needed. 
  • Share the landing page with your audience: Add a link to the footer of your emails, or send dedicated campaigns to prompt users to set their preferences.
