Without trust leadership is weak and teamwork is impossible.

The one thing you can do to have the greatest impact on your leadership potential is to be intentional every day about becoming equipped to lead.

Remember, leaderships is not positional. The title on your business card does not make you a leader. If your actions inspire others to want more, do more and become more, you are a leader. Leaders don't make excuses. We take responsibility, embrace opportunity, and follow through.
