Its about time I started to get fit and help some people while doing it. So I have Registered for the MoRun Glasgow 10K this year in November. I am raising money for The Rock Trust which is a registered Charity in Scotland helping to prevent and support young people at risk of homelessness. In statistics published this year by the Scottish Government it had been assessed that there are 15474 children in Scotland either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless this year. That is 42 children per day. The Rock Trust offer housing support, accommodation and 1:1 Support for young people in Scotland who are at risk. Any donations are appreciated and will go a long way to help The Rock Trust continue to help those at risk.
