Moving Forward 2016

Happy Music Monday and Happy New Year! "To (over) Analyze is to Paralyze." An old friend once said to me "you are stuck in your own muck and need to get out of your own way!" Analyzing to the point of paralysis can leave you questioning everything and everyone including yourself. When you get lost in your mind by overthinking and overacting to the point of paralysis, its time to make a change-- Its time to get out of your own way. Add this song to your playlist as a good reminder to keep Moving Forward in 2016!

Love the "analysis is to paralysis" thought! So true. We can be our own worst enemies sometimes.
