Meet Ollin Rodriguez Lopez, Our Founding Partner!  

We’re thrilled to introduce Ollin Rodriguez Lopez, a founding partner and key force behind our team's growth and success. Ollin brings over ten years of experience as a justice-driven leader in human resources, administration, and operations within mission-driven organizations. They have an incredible track record of operationalizing equity, increasing employee engagement, and fostering workplace cultures, prioritizing the wellness, leadership, and retention of diverse staff members.

Ollin’s passion and expertise lie in advancing values-aligned HR that uplifts transgender, gender-expansive, Black, and brown people, ensuring they thrive both in and out of the workplace. They lead with empathy, warmth, and humor, creating more effective organizations championing racial, gender, economic, and disability justice.

At Funders for LGBTQ Issues, Ollin led strategic efforts to align HR practices with the organization's values. They innovated equitable hiring processes, implemented an anti-racist pay equity model, and trained staff on new compensation policies. Their leadership has been instrumental in shaping our job portal and building our website, refining our vision, and bringing our values to life.

Ollin’s previous experience includes impactful roles at the National Domestic Workers Alliance, NDWA Labs, and The New School, where they consistently delivered transformative results across human resources, operations, and administration.
