As I mentioned in last week's newsletter, it has been busy times at Schaffer HQ as I am in content creation mode for some upcoming university courses and presentations, and I'm excited to announce the first of those presentations in this newsletter!
Those of you that know me well know that I often recommend a social media tool called SocialBee. While I also am a big fan and user of AgoraPulse, I actually use SocialBee together with AgoraPulse for maximum benefit!
That's why I was excited when I had a chance to virtually meet their CEO (spoiler alert: he's a cool dude who will be interviewed on my podcast in the near future) as well as be invited to do a webinar together.
As many of SocialBee's clients are small businesses, we agreed that an educational webinar helping small businesses understand the value of - and learn how to easily begin implementing - influencer marketing - would be the best fit for their audience.

Twitter Marketing
In what could be one of Twitter’s more significant changes since doubling the character count from 140 to 280 characters, the company is preparing to launch a new feature that would support the direct publishing of long-form content on its platform. With Twitter Notes, as the upcoming feature is called, users will be able to create articles using rich formatting and uploaded media, which can then be tweeted and shared with followers upon publishing.
Twitter has quickly become one of the best social media applications to do marketing on and it should be in every digital nomad’s repertoire. With that in mind, it can be difficult to get a firm grasp on the marketing aspects and opportunities on Twitter, which is the exact reason this article exists!
The best way to increase the chances of your Tweets being seen is with hashtags. Once you understand the concept and understand where to find these hashtags, it’s relatively easy.

Meta, formerly known as Facebook, has been making inroads into the non-fungible token (NFT) space for a while now. The company recently gave a major update on this mission, confirming that NFTs will go live on its Instagram platform.
Instagram is experimenting with another new feature that would allow users to post disappearing content. The feature, called Notes, allows users to post quick notes, like announcements, to their “Close Friends” circle or to followers who also follow them. Unlike Twitter’s new Notes feature, which allows writers to post long-form content, Instagram’s version is more like sticky notes that disappear in 24 hours.
Meta announced that it is introducing Reels APIs to several endpoints on the Instagram Platform for developers. The company says it’s introducing the new Reels APIs after hearing from its developer community that Reels is a top priority. Meta is expanding the scope of support of Reels to content publishing, insights, comment moderation, hashtag search, business discovery, mentions and more.

Creators are eager to crack the code for YouTube’s recommendation engine, but if you ask MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, investing in short-form video is a tangible way to improve your content game right now. “Short-form is here to stay and is only going to get bigger and bigger,” Donaldson said. “If you’re not doing it now, you should be.”
