How Implementing Behavioral Science Principles Can Create Sustainable Change in your Life
Behavioral science is an area of study that focuses on the human behavior, particularly factors and influences on behavior. It is commonly used to help create sustainable change in our lives, be that reducing stress, improving relationships or making effective decisions.
As we all know that all our actions and reactions cumulatevely creates our behavioural patterns & are controled by our Mind. All our thoughts, emotions and actions are the results of many parts of the brain acting together. Therefore, it is important to analyse and understand how our brain works in different situations.
As part of our journey toward personal growth and success, a greater understanding of and access to the resources that help one leverage behavioral science principles can optimize the path we take towards our desired goals and outcomes more quickly and easily.
Leveraging behavioral science principles is an essential part of reaching goals and making sustainable change in one’s life. By understanding how the mind works, we can access the resources that have been proven to help us reach our goals more quickly and easily.
From understanding why we procrastinate to why our motivation declines after a few days, using behavioral science is essential for sustainable life change. With this knowledge, not only can you create effective strategies to avoid getting stuck in a loop of patterns, but also learn how to make better decisions when it comes to your future.

As a Certified Behavioural Practitioner using PRISM, a neuroscience based behavioural patterns analysing tool, I have shared the blueprint of idividuals brain-map & helped them in unlocking their potential for career & relationship success.
PRISM is about observed behaviour. It measures the intensity of a person’s expressed preference for a range of behaviours and the activities related to those behaviours. To facilitate understanding, PRISM uses colours to illustrate the behaviour preferences. Although the PRISM model is a schema for brain functioning, the PRISM maps represent the dynamic interaction that takes place within the brain and is based on the principle that no one part of the brain does solely one thing and no one part of the brain acts alone.
•each PRISM ’map’ is a picture of the user as a unique individual.
•PRISM approaches human behaviour from the perspective of Neuroscience, rather than psychological theory.
•This exciting Online Tool takes advantage of some of the most up-to-date Neuroscience discoveries to provide users with series of ‘maps’ which are representations of how they prefer to respond to the world around them.
