My Passion for Staffing!

My Passion for Staffing!

Like most of us in the recruiting industry, I landed into this world by coincidence. After working in Banking for a couple of years I did not feel fulfilled anymore and was looking for another opportunity.

That is when, in 1998, out of nowhere the chance of working as a recruiter and account Manager for an international staffing firm came along. It lit a fire in me, and I never looked back. Moved to a different country and worked for different agencies but never regretted the move from Banking to Talent Search and Sales.

What keeps me going you ask?

1.    The Team. It is about leading, coaching and becoming a team of experts that will be successful as a unit.

2.    The Purpose. This job is not about selling a product, but finding the perfect solution for the client, the candidate and ML6. It is about creating emotions, hearing stories, meeting so many different people and building relationships.

3.    The Chase. Always keep going, never look back and focus on the perfect win-win situation.

4.    The Challenge. Accepting that every day, every person, every situation will be different from what you initially thought it would be. It is about being resilient and creating outcomes that others never see.

5.    The Win. Even after 20 years I celebrate every win like it is my first one.

If you look at all these very meaningful points, you realize that the ONE thing that keeps me going is PASSION! Loving what you do and working alongside amazing people will keep me going for a long time.

Spot on Isabelle… and with passion you have found purpose!
