Satya's Professional Experience in brief.

Satya's Professional Experience in brief.

I started my professional career in 2006 with QSS, a small startup in Bangalore as Software Engineer. Got an opportunity to work in Java, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL technologies. Worked here for almost 2 years of time. Enjoyed my time with one of Senior Retired employee of Wipro, Mr. Shiv, Bangalorean and we all use to call him Shiv Sir. A very nice person, with lots of knowledge in Banking domain and technology of that time. Not sure about him in Current days. Hope He will be doing good in his old days. After spending 2 years of time in QSS, I started looking job opportunity outside as the company was not doing good, Shiv Sir he himself told me and few others to start looking outside.

In 2008, it was recession and market were slow, I started looking for a job outside, got a call for my first interview for that season, I cracked it, company name was Idexcel Technology (formerly known as E2SCorp). Joined Idexcel in 2008 and continued my journey. Fortunately, I found another Jewel couple as Seniors(directors) in my professional career, Mr. Rana & Mrs. Chandrika. They both are really very good leaders, they always have a career path for their resources, they understand their resources, they support & guide them accordingly in their career path. Here, I got opportunities - to lead a team of 15 to 20 resources, client interaction, visiting client location, responsible for deliverables and many more. I will be always grateful and thankful to Mrs. Chandrika, for identifying the capabilities inside me and boosting them for my growth. Again She, gave me an opportunity to work in multiple projects. This opportunity helped me to create resilience inside me for taking care of a multiple projects, end to end or you can say throughout the SDLC enabling my confidence and capabilities. At my experience level getting this kind of opportunity and performing well, getting appreciations from client was a "Great" job for me. I have learned lots of corporate working lessons from Her. My team was also very good though few are a bit senior to me, they work with me, collaborated with me, supported me in my all responsibilities. (I will be always thankful to the team, worked with me under my supervision and under the guidance of Mrs. Chandrika). Here, itself I got an opportunity to work in Unisys projects along with Mr. Dhimant Desai (Director), Mr. Badri Sriraman (CTO), Sathish Droonvalli(Architect) and few others from Unisys team across the Global. Unisys always appreciated our work, me and my team because of the standards & quality we delivered. I also had very nice Seniors, friends & juniors here I want to mention some of there name they are Mr. Prasad Alapati, Mr. Kumar Krishnan, Mr. Subhendu, Mr. Rabindra BR, Mr. Nanda Gopal, Mrs. Varsha Kadam, Mrs. Gokihla, Mr. Rajiv Bandi, Mrs. Divya, Mr. Sagar, Mr. Bhimsen, Mr. Sunil Goli, Mr. Sathya Narayana, Mrs. Bindu, Mrs. Seema Mishra, Mr. Murugan, Mr. Subburaju, Mrs. Yashodha, Mrs. V Ranjana, Mrs. Sandhya, Mrs. Komala, Mr. Jithendra and more. Lesson learned are stored in my knowledge bank for future use.

In 2010, I got an opportunity to work with Unisys as a permanent employee. Unisys is a Global MNC having projects across the global. I joined the product & service team of the product called LEIDA. The same team I used to work with when I was in Idexcel & in-contract with Unisys. Here, my senior Mr. Satish Bilupati was my manager, throughout my tenure. Here I also got similar kind of opportunities and also into multiple projects simultaneously like Idexcel. The good part here is I got an opportunity to drive a big team of around 60 people under the guidance of Mr. Satish. Got an opportunity to travel United States of America. Got lots of opportunity to work in & with different government projects. The beautiful part of the Stealth Identity (formerly known as LEIDA) product was, it is designed with lots of different technologies to support plug & play features, and near real time actions. Anyone working on this product will learn different types of technologies, learning never ends if you are curious to learn. At that time my Director Mr. Satish Bilupati, Senior Director Mr. Dhimant Desai & Product Head was Mr. Terry Hartman, Mr. Ravi Sreedharan. I will be grateful to my Directors of Unisys for giving me an opportunity to work in all time zone and in government projects with different countries. Projects from different governments are Angola, Australia, Mexico, Netherlands, UK, Brazil, United States of America, Canada, Malayasia. I came across very nice friends from different corner of the world. My long-term work with Australian projects and USA projects gave me some long-term friends they are Mr. Dhimant Desai, Mr. Terry Hartman, Mr. Corbet Darrin, Mr. Stephen Williams, Mrs. Lynn, Mrs. Merilyn, Mr. Rajeev Dinakaran, Mr. Gopi Ramachandran, Mr. Prashant Chamakeri, Mr. Gopu Krishna, Mrs. Vidya, Mr. Dhanjay Singh and more. Apart from them my teammates or working with me are Mr. Vishnu, Mr. Srivathsan, Mrs. Bharathi, Mrs. Poonam, Mr. Arghya, Mr. Senthil, Mr. Jithendra, Mr. Shiv Kumar Krishna, Mr. Rohit, Mrs. Priya, Mr. Subhash Jose, Mr. Prince, Mr. Debadatta Sahoo and there are many more, its a very big team and it is difficult to mention everyone's name but I have my love and respect towards everyone, you can connect me any time you will find same "Mr. Satya" Thank you to Unisys Corporation and all the people, I have worked with, for your support to me throughout the work. I left Unisys in 2017 July and joined back in Nov 2018. Though, the team I knew and product I knew, as I am one of the core creators of the product, Stealth Identity along with few others in the team. Though worked for few months but maintained my standards of deliverables. By this time my was into a position called Architect/Manager with having an experience of 14 years. When I was working with Unisys, Nature also tested my capabilities. I had my personal life issues and professional deliverables; I never merged my personal issues with my professional work and I never missed my deliverables. I maintained my commitments & professionalism towards my work.

I joined Cerner in the year 2017 as a Lead Architect when I was around 12 years of experience. Got an Opportunity to create a team from scratch, along with my colleagues Mr. Ramnath and Director Mr. Ramakanth, Senior Director Mrs. Lalitha. Here, I too got a nice opportunity to learn & work in latest technology and again totally into different business domain from my previous company. Leading people and taking care of team is another passion of mine which always helped me to create a right team and drive the team in an agile, efficient way to deliver the deliverables. Wherever I have worked, I got nice friends to support and collaborate me on my work. There are few other friends including seniors and juniors of mine from Cerner are Mrs. Anu Mathew, Mr. Binay, Mrs. Sangeetha, Mr. Raghuvendra, Mr. Prasad, Mr. lakshmi, Mr. Rafi, Mrs. Shobha, Mrs. Deepthi, Miss Vandana, Miss Puja, Mrs. Sneha, Mr. Rohit, Mrs. Preetha, Mr. Rohith, Mr. Astik Anand, Mr. Nischay, Miss Manju Dhiman, Mr. Abhisekh Thakur and more. I left Cerner for some reason to take a break for few months I was looking for job but fortunately got in touch with Seniors from Unisys and joined back Unisys for some months.......

In 2019, I started working with my Brother Mr. Sushanta Kumar Sahu being a Cofounder of Maa & Mahadev Vision, to help in expanding his business for the benefit of him and his family. Though this is not that big business but it help him in many aspects. This was a kind of honorary job for me. Along with this I was doing parallelly free lancing or consulting kind of job for my sustainable and survival in software industries.

If I have missed anyone of my friends (Seniors or Juniors or colleagues) while writing the post, don't take it negative. I have respect & love towards all of my friends, you can connect me any time and you will find the same "Mr. Satya" (Full name: Satyananda Sahu).

Almost from last 2 years or so I am looking for a job opportunity across the globe, no call. I applied for lots of jobs on LinkedIn and on other job portals no single call. When market is good and people are able to switch their jobs from one organization to another. A suggestion to people if you have an opportunity in your organization first hire a person without a job rather hiring a person having a job. In this way you will give someone his bread & butter. Think about it.
