MY SON "BRIAN MICHAEL KARAGLANIS" MAY YOU REST IN PEACE YOU WERE AHEAD OF YOUR TIME THE SYSTEM HERE FAILED YOU I LOVE YOU & Will MISS U FOREVER

I’m writing something that no man should ever have to write. I’m sad beyond sad heartbroken and devestaed.28 years ago I was blessed with a beautiful baby boy who was born in November Nov 2, 1987, his name was” Brian Michael Karaglanis” Tonight I have lost my son forever, He fell prey to the demonic demon of heroin, LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY NIGHTMARE DELIMEA We got the call from the corner while we were at the Louisville basketball game. The police told us that they found his body in a shack off goldsmith lane of Bardstown road, in Louisville KY with a needle still in his arm, and he died from a heroin overdose. It’s a damn shame and preventable unnecessary tragedy. My son who I loved with all my heart Brian leaves behind a handsome bright little 7 year old son Austin Mathew Karaglanis, and a 5 year beautiful old daughter Brooklyn Karaglanis. Brian has been in and out of rehabs for several years now .He was recently arrested for 5 days and they let him out what a joke of a facility the Louisville rescue mission he was supposedly put inside for 9 mouths, they let him roam the streets in there program and the kick him out on the streets again he didn’t pray enough for them Then. He goes to back his to his PO officer of Clifton Avenue and he pees dirty and he is suicidal and needs to be on metal illness psyche medication. The PO doesn’t put him in jail, or send him away to a long term recovery facility He says he wants to give him a another chance and lets him free to wander the in the cold streets homeless with a 200 dollar a day heroin habit and tells him to get a psyche evaluation at seven counties and to stay on heroin avenue at the way side homeless shelter .My ex-wife and I called the Parole officer repeatedly telling him he would not make it on the streets he was too bad off and we would end up burring him this was a certain death sentence. For he needed to be in jail, or in a long term recovery center asap every day is Russian roulette for an heroin addict .We begged for help to no Advil. The city of Louisville has a huge Heroin problem and they Do ABSOULTNEY nothing to help the addicts struggling from addiction whatsoever I’m burying my first born son this week and the parole officer and the justice system failed My son and our family like so many others If they would have cared and done there job my son would still be alive Today .Heroin is devastating our community and the judges police and the court system is failing everyone don’t let your son or daughter be next ,My life will never be the same I pleated with them to lock him up and told them of his illness and intentions .Now My son is dead forever ! Rest in peace Brian Michael Karaglanis

We need to do something about our week lame system and are parole officers Louisville is a joke Wait to one of their children die then maybe they will take this addiction problem serious and put these addicts in jail instead of the streets
