MYOB's new workforce management solution meets the ever-changing demands of the digital workforce

Last year, MYOB partnered with workforce management software company, Roubler to create a new workforce management (WFM) system that would work seamlessly with its cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, MYOB Advanced.  

While integrating Roubler’s innovative features in a new technology that would complete their suite of business management solutions, MYOB has aided Roubler with research, development, and product roll-out.  

Now, the much-awaited MYOB workforce management solution is now available. 

This new solution will provide mid-market enterprises with an end-to-end system that encompasses ERP, WFM, and payroll.  

Everything a business needs for better efficiency and productivity will be under a single, integrated and synchronised cloud platform – MYOB Enterprise.  

The focus on workforce management systems comes at a time when remote and hybrid working is changing the ways that businesses operate.  

Adapting to the needs of an ever-changing workforce, MYOB wanted to ensure that employers would be equipped with the tools to continue to grow and remain competitive, according to Frank Feustel, MYOB Enterprise head of product.  

“Insights from the Australian Bureau of Statistics highlighted that nearly two-thirds (65%) of medium and large businesses planned to employ new staff in the first three months of this year – a trend high amongst those in shift-based industries such as accommodation, food services and manufacturing,” he shared.  

“While it’s heartening to see such positivity around hiring ambitions, the benefits of bringing new talent into a business can only be maximised when the whole process is managed well. There’s a kaleidoscope of moving parts to manage when it comes to hiring, onboarding and paying new employees and our solutions have been designed with business performance and local compliance requirements in mind.” 

With this new solution, businesses can set up and automate rosters based on employee skills, onboard new hires quickly and easily, streamline timesheet approvals, and manage workforces across multiple locations.  

The workforce management system will be an attachment to MYOB Advanced People

However, PayGlobal users with large workforces can also extend the functionality of their existing software by integrating this solution.
