The Myth Called Reality!
Transforming Yourself – The Inside-Out Way
Nothing’s REAL until it IS.
How often have you come across this - You had a premonition and it turned real.
You got so excited about it that you shared about this strange coincidence with your friends.
Or at least, you have a friend who claims that most of his or her dreams turn real.
Well, I have had many such experiences and also have friends who make such claims.
Now let’s take a look at the underside.
Did you notice how excited you get when something you saw (or you thought so) in your actually turned real?
The question is: What follows this excitement?
Some of us welcome the experience, relish the moment with awe and then move on.
However, most get stuck in the experience and crave for more of such again and again. They seek for the experience repeatedly and get entrapped in the phenomenon.
They then start awaiting more of such coincidences and unconsciously actually trigger RAS (Reticular Activating System) – a bundle of nerves at our brainstem that filters out unnecessary information so important information gets through.
The RAS is the reason you snap to attention when someone calls your name even in the noisiest crowd.
It creates a subconscious filter of what you focus on and allows info relevant only to the filter you chose.
Now that you crave for more of such experiences of ‘turning your imagination’ real, you already set the intent.
If you are one such person, you then get addicted to this process so much so that you start pressurizing yourself mentally to prove more of your imagination to be premonition.
You gradually begin to convince yourself that most of them would actually turn real.
What’s more important, you start taking ACTION towards materializing them.
And finally when they turn real, you claim to have invoked the ‘law of attraction’.
Funny. Isn’t it?
See the point?
At this stage, it’s all about feeding your ego by proving more to self that you have a capacity to predict future more often than not.
Now, how you go through this experience and how the very experience shapes your reality depends on the idea of self you operate from.
If you operate from the center in self which just wants to be more of what it is or let’s call it your ‘authentic’ self, then you and your imagination are led by ‘love’ and ‘wisdom’.
But if you are led by the identity which is dominated by others’ perception about you or let’s call it your ‘fabricated’ self, then you and your imagination are led by ‘fear’ and ‘need’.
Eventually, all your ambitions and aspirations get aligned in either ‘love or wisdom’ or ‘fear and need’.
The prior ones help you evolve and align with your higher purpose while the later ones keep you stuck in the status quo.

That’s when you ask questions like, “Why me, why only me, why again?”
FACE the FACT: The results you experience are influenced by what your aspirations are aligned with. In fact, they just manifest what they are fed with. The identity you develop, the mindset you build, the behavior you acquire, the action you take, and the results that follow – all of this is rooted in the idea of ‘self’ that you operate from.
As the final development, instead of just cherishing the experience of how your gut feel comes true in most situations, you become addicted to the process of turning it true in every instance.
What shocking is, most of us even get down to the level of manufacturing the reality that matches our imagination.
Why? Only to vindicate their rare gift of this extraordinary capacity for premonitions and then ‘Making Things Happen’.
The BITTER Truth: Life isn’t just about making things happen. It’s more about living it – inside-out.
Transformation is more about being available to the moment than making things happen.
Most experts would want you to believe in a self-induced race to change your outside.
The worst happens when you even start mentally preparing for the unseen and unpredictable future which in most cases is only part of your fanciful imagination.
Crazy isn’t it?
That doesn’t relieve you from your personal responsibility to work to equip yourself with everything which might be handy once you face the moment. But going to the extent of predicting or manufacturing future only to satisfy your ego of going always right – that’s silly!
Reacting or responding to the moment happens in the moment – never before, never after.
Hope you see this. How then do you think preparing for how you would react or respond to something that is not yet here would actually let you live in the moment?
You might succeed in preparing for the same. But, what you actually prepare for will be the reality YOU manufactured by triggering your RAS, not the reality that was actually supposed to present itself.
How do you ensure you remember it forever? Here’s how:
Meditate on these three questions to get to the essence of the message:
1. Why would you want to rush into a future which is not here yet, and also get ready to prepare on how to react for something that doesn’t even exist yet and isn’t sure to happen at least?
2. Which one would you want your aspirations to be aligned with – your ‘authentic’ self or ‘fabricated’ self?
3. Which ones would your results to be influenced by:
a. Love and wisdom.
b. Fear and need.
