It is shocking that there are so many talented, brilliant, and highly educated people who earn so little & still struggle financially. 

What do you think is the missing skill? 

In my opinion for most, it is selling! This two gentleman, Joe & Arif are not even here on LinkedIn but they are few of my favorite entrepreneurs! They can sell ice to the Eskimos. 

From my POV, they are super successful. Our definition of success may be different, but isn't it Happiness? Financially stable & Doing what you love- Loving what you do.

Joe & Ayu both shared the same hobby and it is riding big bikes! Both own a BMW GSA 1200 Adventure bike. Knowing them for quite some time now and seeing their post on social media, I am sure they have inspired many young entrepreneurs & even graduates that SME (IKS) can make money too! 

Next is the story about Arif, once a car salesman now turns owner by having his own (Produa) showroom in Klang- Selangor.

Now, this guy is Master Sifu in sales! He sells cars, clothing’s, training program & Cuckoo products. Super successful guy- He now trains the new blood in sales! 

#MyTokenofHOPE under the Degree of passion goes to Joe & Ayu. They have a strong belief that when you do what you love, you stop trading time for money! now every minute is an enjoyment. The best part? they can work & spend more time together as a family. 

#MyTokenofHOPE under the Degree of guidance goes to Arif. He is super serious and discipline about teaching, training & mentoring future generations in leads generation, rapport building & closing sales. I am sure he will continue this for many more years to come; there is still hope in sales building after all!
