National Coaching Week 2021

A time for me to reflect on the amazing work coaches do up and down the country in all settings but especially those that work with children, which is my real passion!

I delved into the archives of information and resources I had developed to see what I could share this week that will add benefit to coaches during UK Coaching - National Coaching Week.

I had the privilege to work alongside Damian Hughes who worked with me to deliver a hugely inspiring event to a large group of Children Coaches.

This is a snippet of our planning call where we delve deep into really understanding the impact that all children coaches can have when working with children!

In short, it delivers a key message that all coaches who work with children should consider

What is your WHY?

Thank you Andy Heald for the shout out. Privileged to have been part of such a great event. Glad you remembered PIE and PEA.

Healdy, worth speaking to Svend Elkjaer about this. Our passion has been so much around PESSPA standards and coaching in schools over the past 15 years but there’s also so much to be done in grass roots & community clubs to support kids to have the very best experiences

Great stuff Healdy. You’ve always looked to push the envelope around coaching / coaching children. A great reflection, thanks for tagging me.
