1yAccess to food being among basic needs , despite various chocks ,especially the climate one reducing capacity of people to produce in their maximum to feed the population. Continual efforts are to be done to mitigate or overcome such a major challenge, this require one side to think and address globally such an issue and other side, locally to align responses systems which factors both the immediate and long term perspective as far as the SDGs are concern in regards with access to food. A simple look worldwide reveals that often the simple needs of people turns around God job , quality of life, access to food and clean water , etc...The WBG as also a bank of knowledge has a major role play and support in this regard, as example, in DRC the necessary resource's ( land , human, financial ) are available but failure are recorded as consequence of the lack of appropriate technical expertise and an inefficient Governance in the Agriculture sector.
