The company can do nearly every different type of machining in their Springboro location.

The company is looking to grow to $100M by 2025. They have over 130 CNC machines in the facility.

The company is backed by a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on investing in leading companies.

The firm invests in sectors including technical and business services, manufacturing and industrial products and services, and healthcare and wellness.

The company is a family run business, and has recently added a new facility. The company is highly innovative and technical, and consists of very strong team-players.

The Role

• The day-to-day role for this CFO position includes the following tasks:Working on ERP systems
• Educating the team on new methods
• Improving systems and processes

The Candidate

• The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:PE-backed experience
• Experience as Controller or CP of Finance at a large PE group
• CFO experience
• A&D experience (preferred)
• Manufacturing experience (required)
• The successful candidate will display the following characteristics:Hands-on
• Collaborative
• Team-player
• Determined
• Can pull data out of the ERP systems
• Willing to educate people
• Strong communication skills

Package

$200,000 to $230,000 per annum, with a Bonus package, Equity, Pension and Healthcare.
