It’s time to talk about soft skills 

In addition to hard skills, soft skills are essential in every position in the company. Their assessment conveys an important idea: basic skills become dramatically more valuable when combined with expertise cognitive abilities and become even more valuable when integrated with specialized, complex skills.

While technology can mimic or supplement basic tasks and even enhance certain aspects of creativity or innovation, the distinctive combination of advanced interpersonal soft skills with technical hard skills remains a uniquely human trait less susceptible to automation.
