A New Issue of ELTHE

The most recent issue of Experiential Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (ELTHE), the premier journal of the Society of Experiential Education (SEE) is now available! Register for FREE on the ELTHE page to access the issue.

ELTHE captures the best current scholarship in experiential learning: how it can be defined, strengthened, promoted, and assessed for the sake of educational effectiveness and equity. The special issue released this week focuses on the theme "Defining Experiential Education". Thank you and congratulations to Ken O'Donnell , ELTHE Editor, on the release of the new issue.

In partnership with the issue of ELTHE, a conversation with Dr. David Kolb, Dr. George Kuh, and Dr. Alice Kolb was produced in which these leading scholars share their current definitions of Experiential Learning, delve into their surprising entry points into the field, explore how it affects the brain and contributes to learning, and call for greater collaboration between scholars and practitioners. The conversation was led by Dr. Patrick M. Green , member of the SEE Board of Directors and ELTHE Editorial Board, and chair of the SEE Research & Scholarship Committee.

The conversation can be enjoyed in several different formats:

The new issue of ELTHE also features the following scholarship and authors, some of which are featured on the MIM podcast (linked when applicable):
