New MSc in CX built on the CXPA CX Framework

CXPA is proud to celebrate and support the Master of Science in Customer Experience offered by the School of Business, Economics and Technology at Campbellsville University Online. 

The program, which was designed in consultation with 2023 CXPA Impact on the CX Profession Award Winner, Dr. Joseph Michelli, CCXP, has been intentionally built on the CXPA CX Framework. It is a 30-credit hour, fully online ten-course graduate program that you can complete from anywhere in twelve (full-time) to eighteen (part-time) months.

The Mission Statement for the program reads:

The MSc in Customer Experience program will cultivate leaders who champion customer-centric strategies across diverse industries.Grounded in the principles of CX management, the program equips students with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to create exceptional customer journeys fostering customer relationships and brand loyalty.     

Program Objectives are:

  • Comprehensive Understanding of CX Management: Provide students with a deep understanding of customer experience management principles, theories, and best practices across multiple industries.
  • Integration of Customer Insights: Equip students with the tools and methodologies to collect, analyze, and interpret customer insights effectively.
  • Operational Design and Innovation: Enable students to integrate customer experience insights and analysis into design and innovation processes.
  • Strategic Leadership in CX: Develop students' strategic leadership capabilities in CX management, enabling them to drive organizational transformation and advocate for customer-centric approaches at all levels of the business.
  • Foundation in Service Excellence: Equip students with a solid foundation of service excellence to enhance any organization, business, or entity that seeks to provide a positive customer experience.

The faculty will include Dr. Joseph Michelli, CCXP, CX practitioners, and faculty from the Campbellsville University School of Business.
