New Week, New Achievements: A Look Inside Our Team's Progress

As we welcome another week, it’s time to share the strides we’ve made and the challenges we've encountered. It's a tradition within our team that every Monday, each project manager assesses the progress in their respective areas, addressing emerging issues and opportunities.

Following this, our digital leadership team meets every Tuesday to review these updates and strategize necessary adjustments, enhancements, and priorities. The result? Projects move forward with improved implementation quality and a heightened positive impact on our citizens and state.

Weekly Highlights:

• Innovation in Inclusivity: Our Unified Information System of Social Sphere was honored with the " Zero Project Award" for its innovative approach.
• Strategic Partnerships: Productive meetings with IOM Ukraine and the East Europe Foundation (EEF) have set the stage for Sergiy Belyakov to leverage expert support, fostering development in our analytical systems.
• Collaborative Ventures: A foundational meeting with BDO in Ukraine , led by Alla Savchenko🇺🇦 , has unveiled potential collaboration opportunities, especially regarding social payments. We're now mapping out our next steps.
• UNDP Collaboration: A session with the UNDP Ukraine team, including Volodymyr Bruzylovsky and Oleksii Zelivianskyi , is driving our business analysis forward as we prepare to launch a new digital service.
• Service Accessibility: Centers for the Provision of Administrative Services are now directly using the UISSS for lodging assistance requests for IDPs, streamlining processes and improving service delivery.
• Information Exchange Development: We’re making headway in building information exchanges, including collaborations with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Serhii Orlov and the State Customs Service of Ukraine Oleg Nikolaychuk , enhancing data quality and reducing bureaucratic hurdles.
