New Year - New Career?

New Year - New Career?

Thinking of a career move? If so, you’re among millions who are quitting their jobs.

Here are some considering factors:

Am I Doing Fulfilling Work?

I hear from job seekers frequently that one of the reasons they’re making a career move is so that they can contribute, do more meaningful work, or feel like they’re making a difference.

Are there certain core values that you hold as most important?

Am I Continually Learning and Growing?

Many job seekers feel stale, stagnated and stuck. If this is the case for you, you may be considering a career move to spice things up and continue to grow. Sometimes a move to another company or role can be just what you need in order to get a sense of enjoyment back in the work you do.

What Do I Picture My Future At Work Looking Like?

Asking yourself what you want your work life to look like in 3-5 years so another 10 years don't pass you by leaving you in exactly the same place you are, feeling exactly the way you do now and have for years. Why get to the end of your career and wonder what the heck happened? What difference did I make with the work I did?

Am I Prepared To Do Whatever It Takes?

Ready for a career change but just not sure of your next steps? You need a vision, a plan, and persistence. You must believe a career change and finding the right fit for you is possible and to do that you must have the right mindset.

Who can support me?

Career change can be daunting on your own. Who can you help right now? Not all of them will produce what you need. Ask for help you trust.
